K20 Delay Off Smart Switch

The K20 is a smart switch that can be used to automatically turn off the power after a preset amount of delay. They can be used with either lighting or air conditioning. Typical places they are used for are: washrooms, hallways, kitchens, storage rooms, small offices, meeting rooms, and other public areas. They solve the often encountered problem of forgetting to turn off the lights after leaving the room.
The K20 can directly replace conventional switches using only the existing wires and they only require the live wire just like conventional switches. They are standalone units and do not require any additional signal wiring or host to operate.
The K20 uses the latest in electronics technology, they are powered from the same AC source as the lights and do not require either a separate power supply or even a backup battery.
They are featured with both automatic delay off or continuous on mode of operation:
(1) A short button press will result in the K20 operating the automatic delay off mode, which helps to prevent wasted energy by automatically powering off the lights when one forgets.
(2) A long button press (3 seconds) will result in the K20 operating in the continuous mode, which is useful for occasions when the lights need to be continuously on.

K25-V1 Time of Day Delay Off Switch

The K25-V1 can be used to directly replace installed mechanical switches using the same existing wiring. The K25 has a single backlighted button that makes it easily visible even in the dark, each button press extends the delay off time by another cycle. The delay off time can even be set differently for day and night.

K25-V2 Fixed Time Off Switch

The K25 can turn off the power automatically at three fixed times during the day and may be used for lighting or air-conditioning in classrooms, meeting rooms, offices, wash rooms, walkways or other public facilities. The K25 can directly replace traditional mechanical switches and uses the same existing wiring.
The K25 is operated similarly to ordinary switches, press once to turn on and another press to turn off, but is equipped with the ability to turn off the power automatically during noon, at dusk and at night, eliminating the need to have personnel assigned to patrol around just to turn off the lights to save energy.

K40 Monthly Adjustable Lighting Switch

The K40 is an outdoor energy saving switch, which can be set to turn the lights on and off at different times for different months. Eliminating the problem of having the lights turned on too early during the summer or too late during the winter. With the K40, one can adjust the on and off times of each individual light according one's needs and the location. K90 路燈延時節能開關

The K90 is a smart switch specifically designed for use with streetlights or other outdoor lighting. Each light post can be set to have their own individual off time, and need not be limited to the same off time by being on the same load circuit. Some lights can be set to turn off at 10 pm, some at 12 pm and the rest at 2 am. By using this staggered method of turning off the lights, substantial energy savings can be achieved without sacrificing function or convenience.
The K90 is hermetically sealed and is waterproof, it is small enough to fit inside the base of the lamp post.
